Senn Defense: How Audits Work

Welcome to Senn Defense

We are glad to have you. Let's take a moment to explain who we are and how we operate. First, it is important to note we are not military or law enforcement members. We are end users, just like you. We also are not youtubers. Yes, we have a youtube. Yes, we use social media. With that being said, we are not here to make you like us. We are here to tell you the truth. 

Now that we have that out of the way, we want to explain to you how the audit process works here @ Senn Defense and why we have it. When we look at the retail space, we see a gap. Where can you go to build a boutique rifle and add everything to one singular cart? Where can you go and buy both your preferred plate carrier and preferred plates to go with it? On what site can you build a full top down kit? None. 

It is not to say we don't patron or don't like other retailers. We do, and they have their place. We do not want to step on anyone's toes. We aim to service a small group who knows exactly what they are looking for. To put it simply, we built the site that we want. It just so happens that because we are consumers, it was thought out and structured with the consumer as the #1 priority. 

As far as how we audit, it's simple. We purchase, with our own funds, a product. We take it to the range. We shoot it in competition. We seek feedback from trusted members of the community (none of which are paid to have an opinion). While doing this, we photograph, we videotape, we log performance and/or failures, and finally, we score it based on our internal scoring system. 

It's not complicated and it's not fancy. Nor was it intended to be. If you like good products, if you like honest opinions, if you like fast shipping, and you like good customer service - you're right where you need to be.
