Shipping Policy
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed and handed off for shipment within 1–3 business days. Because our inventory is fulfilled through warehouse partners rather than shipped from a single in-house location, processing times can vary slightly by product and may take longer during high-demand periods or for items with limited stock.
Shipping Times
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location and the carrier used. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee, though availability can vary by item.
Multiple Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may ship separately and arrive in more than one package, sometimes on different days, depending on product availability and warehouse location. You will not be charged extra for split shipments.
Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after a shipping confirmation is sent.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship certain products to states or jurisdictions where they are restricted or prohibited by law. If an item in your order cannot legally be shipped to your address, we will contact you to cancel or modify that portion of your order.
Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect your order upon arrival and report any damage or shortages within 48 hours of delivery.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Additional fees may apply if a package is returned due to an address error and needs to be reshipped.
