Shipping Policy

Processing Times

Most orders ship within 5 business days of being placed. Processing time can vary by item — in-stock accessories typically move fastest, while certain products may take a bit longer depending on availability. Orders placed Friday after cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays begin processing the next business day.

You'll get an email as soon as your order ships. If it's been longer than 5 business days and you haven't heard from us, reach out and we'll check on it.

Shipping Times

Once your order leaves our warehouse, standard transit is typically 3–7 business days depending on your location and the carrier. Faster shipping options may be available at checkout depending on the items in your cart.

Trouble Completing Checkout

If checkout won't go through, it's almost always one of a few things: a browser extension (ad blocker or privacy tool) interfering with the payment form, an outdated browser, or a billing address that doesn't exactly match what your card issuer has on file. Try a different browser or device, double check your billing info, and clear your cache if needed. Still stuck? Contact us and we'll help you sort it out.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it begins moving through fulfillment quickly and we usually can't edit it — that includes changing items, updating an address, or combining it with a separate order. If you need to make a change, contact us immediately at evan@senndefense.com or (347) 308-4450 and we'll do what we can before it ships, but we can't guarantee a catch in time.

If you'd like a second item, the fastest path is placing a new order rather than asking us to add to an existing one.

Multiple Shipments

Orders with more than one item may arrive in separate packages, sometimes on different days, depending on where each item ships from. If your packing slip shows an item you didn't receive, it's likely on its way separately — check your email for additional tracking before reaching out. You won't be charged extra for a split shipment.

Order Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to start showing movement — that's normal carrier lag, not a sign anything's wrong.

Shipping Restrictions

We don't ship certain products to states or jurisdictions where they're restricted by law. If something in your cart can't legally ship to your address, we'll reach out to cancel or adjust that part of your order before it ships.

We don't ship ammunition to California.

Shipping Protection & Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or never shows up despite tracking saying it was delivered, contact us within 14 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) at evan@senndefense.com or (347) 308-4450. Include your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damaged item or packaging.

Once a claim is verified, we'll send a replacement or issue a refund — your choice. Claims submitted after the 14-day window may not be eligible, since carriers limit how long we have to file on our end, so the sooner you flag an issue, the better.

Delivery Issues

We're not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or anything else outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you at delivery. Please inspect your order when it arrives and report any damage or shortage right away — see Shipping Protection above for how that process works.

Address Accuracy

Double-check your shipping address at checkout — we ship to exactly what's entered. We're not responsible for orders delayed or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address, and additional fees may apply if a package is returned and needs to be reshipped.

Product Availability & Back Orders

We do our best to keep stock levels accurate in real time, but high-demand items can occasionally sell out between when you add to cart and when you check out. If something in your order is unexpectedly unavailable, we'll contact you with the option to wait, swap for something comparable, or get a refund for that item.

For items listed as out of stock, you can sign up for restock notifications on the product page where available.
