Return Policy
Eligibility
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, in their original packaging, with all manuals, accessories, and tags intact. Items showing signs of installation, mounting, firing, or wear are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned under any circumstances: ammunition, magazines once opened, electronics once activated or paired (optics, lights, lasers), special-order items, and any item restricted by manufacturer policy or by federal, state, or local law.
Defective Items
If an item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery. In most cases, defective items are handled through the manufacturer’s warranty process rather than a direct return or exchange. We’ll guide you through that process and stay on it until it’s resolved.
Return Process
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before shipping anything back. Contact us with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without an RMA will not be accepted or refunded.
Restocking Fees
A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to approved returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the returned item passing inspection.
