Who We Are

Senn Defense is an online retailer specializing in audited optics, body armor, and defense-related accessories. We operate as an online-only retailer — we do not have a physical storefront open to the public. All products we sell are shipped directly to the address you provide at checkout.

Age Requirements & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this site, create an account, or place an order. Some products, including body armor and certain restricted accessories, may carry additional age, residency, or eligibility requirements depending on your state or local jurisdiction. By placing an order, you represent that you meet all applicable requirements. We reserve the right to cancel any order where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

State Law Compliance

It is your responsibility to know and comply with the laws of your state and local jurisdiction before ordering any product from Senn Defense. This includes but is not limited to restrictions on body armor, magazine accessories, and other regulated equipment. We make reasonable efforts to restrict shipment of items to jurisdictions where they are prohibited, but final responsibility for compliance rests with the buyer. We are not responsible for purchases made in violation of local law.

Product Information & Audits

Senn Defense conducts independent performance audits on the products we carry. Our audit scores, ratings, and reviews reflect our genuine, firsthand assessments. We are not paid by manufacturers to produce favorable reviews. Audit results are our opinions based on real-world testing and are provided for informational purposes only.

Product specifications, availability, and pricing are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee that product descriptions are error-free. If a product you ordered is unavailable, we will contact you and provide options including cancellation and full refund.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an item was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund regardless of whether the order was confirmed.

Payment is processed at the time of order. We accept payment methods as listed at checkout.

Shipping

Items ship directly to the address you provide at checkout. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect items for damage upon receipt and report any issues within 48 hours.

We do not ship items to jurisdictions where a specific product is prohibited. See our Returns page for full shipping and returns policy details.

Returns & Cancellations

Items may be returned in unused, original condition within 30 days of delivery. Items that have been used, installed, or show signs of wear are not eligible for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. See our Returns page for the full policy.

Limitation of Liability

Senn Defense is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site, the purchase of products, or the use or misuse of any product sold through our store. Our total liability for any claim arising from a product purchase shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

We do not accept responsibility for the misuse of any products sold on this site. Always follow manufacturer guidance and applicable safety standards when using protective or tactical equipment.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including audit reports, photography, video, copy, logos, and the Senn Defense brand — is the property of Senn Defense and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission. Product images and manufacturer trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use this site to:

• Provide false information during account creation or checkout
• Attempt to purchase items that are prohibited in your state of residence
• Scrape, copy, or republish our audit content without permission

Governing Law
